Pelvic Floor Muscle Training

Leaking is NOT NORMAL. It is very common, but it is not just a normal part of aging or post partum!


 Heidi is trained in pelvic floor physical therapy to help with incontinence and prolapse. She can also use this training to help with chronic hip or low back pain that has not responded to traditional physical therapy.
